Public Consultation
In July 2022, we began a 3-month process of consulting residents, Ebbsfleet United Football Club supporters and stakeholders on our plans for Northfleet Harbourside, a new neighbourhood with Ebbsfleet United Football Club at its heart.
Throughout the consultation, we met with, and listened to, hundreds of local residents and businesses, club supporters and local councillors, at meetings and our public events, in person and online.
We would like to thank everyone who has taken part in this process.
Your insight, questions and feedback have been instrumental in shaping the plans for the future of Northfleet. We were able to pull together the feedback from everyone, and quickly saw themes appear. The football club and the development team have worked together to go through all of these comments and provide answers to the questions raised.
