The team bringing forward plans for Northfleet Harbourside scheme is working with an amazing group of technology companies to bring the project to life. This ambitious programme will create a new neighbourhood with Ebbsfleet United Football Club at its heart. A vibrant place bringing jobs, creating opportunities, and delivering new local services for all the community.
Landmarque Property Group and Ebbsfleet United Football Club are now excited to announce that following planning approval, they will appoint Google Cloud, a recognised leader in the technology field, as their cloud technology provider of choice.
Google Cloud technologies will be used to support the regeneration plans for Northfleet Harbourside. Specifically, and following planning permission, Google Cloud technologies will deliver key compute infrastructure across the site, like within the new Ebbsfleet Stadium such as providing integrated ticketing solutions. Elsewhere, technology investment will extend to transport, commercial spaces and the 3,500 new homes with smart environment systems installed within new social homes.

We look forward to creating training and employment opportunities for local residents, and adding green spaces for residents to enjoy alongside nature.”
John Burden, Leader of Gravesham Borough Council added: “It is exciting and encouraging in equal measure that such leading names are willing to come to Gravesham as part of the Northfleet Harbourside development proposals, should the scheme receive planning permission.
“To have such world-renowned names coming to the borough would open up much-needed training and employment opportunities for our young people at a time when they have never been needed more.
“We know that areas of Gravesend and Northfleet are among the most deprived wards in the country, and opportunities for our youngsters to learn, develop, and work with these leading companies in Gravesham is really good news, I am sure the schools will be excited about these opportunities for them, for others jobs opportunities on the back of this significant investment will also be realised.
“This would mark a new era of opportunity for the borough and could open the eyes of other national and international organisations to the very real opportunities here.”
