The Site

The site is located in Northfleet with Ebbsfleet Football Club’s Stadium at its heart and is a short walk to local stations and transport routes.

• The site is currently occupied by a number of industrial warehouses and Ebbsfleet FC Stadium.
• The emerging plans are for a c.50-acre brownfield site located in Ebbsfleet, close to Northfleet’s historic harbour and the river.
• Due to the site’s current state, it faces a number of issues such as poor air quality, noise and anti-social behaviour.
• It also has a lack of public open space and limited landscaped environments.
